Purchase, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Zotlo (“our”, “we or “us”) offers premium features for purchase via periodically and
automatically renewing subscriptions (“Subscription”). A description of included premium
features for different Subscription types is available on our website or mobile apps.
Purchase & Subscription
You may activate a Subscription in one of the following two ways:
1. You may choose to use premium features by authorizing us to charge Subscription fees
(including pre-authorizations) to your selected payment method, including credit card,
mobile payment, in-app purchases, or similar methods as permitted by us on the payment
screen. When you place a purchase order for a Subscription (each a “Transaction”), we may
request additional information such as your credit card details and billing address (“Payment
Information”).
2. If applicable, you can also purchase a Subscription directly from our website using a credit
card, debit card or other permitted payment methods (“Website Subscription”). All payments
for Website Subscriptions are handled directly by us via our licensed Payment
Service Provider Partners.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and share the provided
Payment Information, authorize us to share it with our third-party service providers for the
completion of the Transaction, and agree to pay all Subscription fees and any applicable taxes
or charges.
During a Transaction, we may offer a free or discounted trial which may not include all
premium features. If a trial is offered, this will be explicitly stated on the payment screen. You
authorize us to charge the full Subscription fee at the end of the trial period.
Subscription Period
You agree to be automatically charged a Subscription fee for the selected Subscription type
at the time of the Transaction or after any applicable trial period. All Subscriptions are
recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription period (weekly,
monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or as selected by you) until you cancel as
described herein.
Subscription period lengths may vary. Changes to available subscription period lengths will
not affect your current active Subscription. Each Subscription period will automatically
renew on the expiry date for the same length of time. For example, a monthly Subscription
will renew each month on the same date.
You will be charged in advance on the renewal date unless you cancel the Subscription in
accordance with these Terms before the renewal.
Subscription Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time. Changes will
not apply retroactively and will only take effect for renewals after the date of the change.
If you do not agree with a Subscription fee increase, you may cancel your Subscription before
the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel, you will be charged the new Subscription fee from
the next renewal date.
Suspension for Unpaid Payments
We may immediately suspend your access to our product if your Subscription remains
unpaid. If any amount remains unpaid after notice, we may terminate your rights under these
Terms.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly stated in this
document.
Cancellation
You may cancel the renewal of your Subscription anytime through

alternatively, you may contact us at: support@zotlo.com.
Your membership will continue until next billing period and you will not be charged
afterwards.
Refunds
You may make a refund request for your anytime through https://dashboard.zotlo.com/ by
logging with the same e-mail address that you logged in or alternatively, you may contact us
at: support@zotlo.com
